  • Sent Emails not Visible

I have set up two personal email accounts (IMAP, SMTP) plus one general SMTP. For both personal accounts I chose to retrieve the "Sent" Folder as well.
But I do not see sent emails in my email module - list view. They are visible at the linked entities which means they have been imported but nowhere else. Under my "sent" folder in module emails I only see the mails that were sent from the general smtp account.
I have admin rights, version is 424 and the crons are ok

Under Sent you can see only emails that are sent from your email address

To clarify: I have 3 email accounts, 2 personal ones (imap and smtp) and one system account (smtp). For both personal accounts the imap sent folder is monitored (and imported correctly). Under "Sent" in the email module I see only emails that were sent by the general (system) smtp.

Do you have those 3 emails addresses under your email address list in User record.

The two personal ones yes. The third one is smtp only. However, I checked again and the content of my sent folders is not imported (if I write an email from e.g. Gmail webmail). Email sent from within the CRM are assigned correctly to the contact etc. but do not show under "sent" in the email entity

Correction: if I move the email in Google from "sent" to "IMAP:Sent" and I monitor the latter than the email is imported. Still no luck with showing up under 'sent' in the email module.

Sent shows all emails being in the system that have one of yours email address in FROM. I doubt that it doesn't work properly. Try to click "Reset" button on Search panel.

You are right, I am sorry. But unfortunately there is nowhere an indication that the results are filtered. No idea for how long this went unnoticed.

Maybe you recently upgraded to 4.2.*. Old filters were stored in your browser.
