Cant' send emails

Outbound emails configured correctly.
While I trying to send emails, I get a message in red box at the top of screen "Error 500", and there is nothing happening.
Messages saves in Emails with status "Sending".

P.S. We using Google Apps for Work.

Please check data/logs for errors. Maybe it's a server configuration problems.
