I'm using the cloud basic plan version of Espo.

It should work if you use Chrome browser in your iPhone.
We tested on iPhone w/ last iOS and it worked well. But we know that it doesn't work on some iPhone devices. Haven't figured out the reason yet.

Just tried with Chrome, it works!
It seems a Safari only problem then.. Thank you!

I also had similar issue when I was using several web browsers on my iPhone but its working on chrome browser perfectly. If anyone faces this problem in chrome browser as well then I suggest some other web browsers where it’s working perfectly:

1- iCab Mobile
2- Dolphin Browser
3- Atomic Web Browser
4- Grazing Web Browser
