Select all in filter

For filter "accounts" in contacts the "select all" option in the popup is missing.

Link Multiple field? "Select All Result" is disabled for Link Multiple fields.

I don't understand what you mean with 'link multiple field'.
I would like to see all contacts that are related to accounts in Austria. So I select accounts as filter criteria in contacts, add my filter conditions (country = Austria) and get say 1000 records. Now I would like to select all of them. I can do this manually but it's quite a tedious process for 1000 especially if only 5 or 10 are shown at once.

You will be able to do such search using Foreign field in 4.1.0 version.
