When I use a WYSIWYG field with a Link it works perfectly fine on the detail View.
But wenn using it in listview it screws up the format.

It was not intended to use in list view. I will check.If you find EspoCRM good, we would greatly appreciate if you could give the project a star on GitHub. We believe our work truly deserves more recognition. Thanks.
