Field Salutation Translation

There is apparently a mistake: The global field salutation is correctly translated here: /application/Espo/Resources/i18n/de_DE/Global.json but the list entries stay stubbornly in English. If I change them in the module they appear here: custom/Espo/Custom/Resources/i18n/de_DE/Contact.json which of course doesn't have any effect on leads or users...

And on the same note: How would I define a global list in general?
