Unable to select Reports on Dashlet and UI settings for users

Issue : Unable to select Reports on Dashlet and UI settings for users.

Description/ Steps to repro :
-- Click on 'Add Dashlet' in the main page and click on 'Add' for Reports module.
-- In the dashlet options click on 'up-arrow-glyphicon' to select the report (list of reports will not be displayed).
-- Same issue observed while setting up default options for users in Administration -> UI -> Reports -> Edit.

Observation :
Issue not observed in Espo 3.9.2
Issue observed with Upgrade from 3.9.2 to 4.0.0 Beta1 to 4.0.0 Beta4.

It should work in new 1.8.0 advanced pack release.
