Advanced Pack: Report filters & notStorable fields

Hi it's possible to choose a notStorable field in the filters for reports. An example is Contact::targetList, I just looked at my db and the field is there but that could be because it's an old database and I've done lots of failed customizations on it.

notStorable means don't store in the db right and therefore shouldn't be a valid filter? If not what does the singular TargetList link refer to?

Not storable doesn't mean that it can not be used as a filter. Why target list available there is an another question.
