    Hi

3 attempts is fine. It means it was successfully finished in 1 run.

You can also check your Email Account (or Group Email Account) record and try to Test Connection or Select any folder to be sure that connection is fine.
If you find EspoCRM good, we would greatly appreciate if you could give the project a star on GitHub. We believe our work truly deserves more recognition. Thanks.

      Hi

Have tried 'test Connection' and it work fine. Cron is running and the service no problem.
But no email are fetching the past 4 days. The emails are only fetching to mail on my android smartphone.
Any idea where to look for the error?

      25. jan: Just received a new email in the inbox, send the 24.1. But the emails from 20. to 24. have not been fetched. This is strange.

Could it be that another client removed them from Inbox after fetch?

No, I do not think soo. Currently i have set the imap-account to sync with 3 clients android-phone, webmail and ESPOcrm. The 2 first fetch all the emails, the only problem is ESPOcrm email-client.

It possible that 1st fetches, 2nd- fetches and removes or moves to another folder, 3-rd - espocrm

Just to make sure it is not such a situation.

I have tried creating a new test-user with a separate IMAP-account, The problem is here the same no sync on the inbox, and sync of INBOX.sendt works fine.
I have no setting at the server or other clients the would course the situation you describe.
