Can not edit timer start event

Today, 12:20 PM

Espo 9.2.0
AP 3.11.8
SP 3.1.6
PHP 8.4.5
System requirements - all green

after updating to 9.2.0 and AP to 3.11.8 while editing flowchart i can not enter to "Timer Start Event" to dosplay/edit report and Cron
