    Mails are send twice

    Hello everyone

    I still use EspoCRM and still think it's great.

    Thank you very much.

    A few days ago I did a mail campaign. I noticed that the mail was sent 2 times. However, 134 mails were shown as sent in the CRM. However, 268 were sent.

    I noticed something when the mailing started. The mails are distributed in two contact lists. These contain different contacts. One was sent immediately. Only 10 mails were sent from the other. Then another one an hour later. And then again an hour later.

    The order, although only defined once, was carried out 3 times. Almost as if there wasn't enough time to send them all. The entire list was then sent again every full hour. I set the one hour like this. That is correct.

    The message in the campaign was then also such that it said: In processing. So not finished. I don't know whether this has anything to do with it.

    Can you help?

      Hi, I used 9.1.3. Today I switsch to 9.1.4.

        Hi asebaste,
        - In Administration > Outbound Emails > Mass Email > Max number of emails sent per batch check a value. Try increasing it to the value you need (default is 100).
        - In Administration -> Scheduled Jobs -> Send Mass Emails -> Scheduling increase the frequency to the value you need.

          The field with the "max number of emails sent per batch" was empty.
          Now I changed to this:

            Anything in espo log? It could be that an error occurred on email sending and the system re-tried. But despite the error the first attempt sent the email.

              What exactly do you mean by these words:
              - Was the same email (same emails) sent twice within the same Campaign?
              - Were emails within the same Campaign sent in multiple batches rather than at once?

              I set the one hour like this
              Also, please elaborate on what you meant.
