Dashlets Won't Appear

I upgraded to 2.3 successfully. Now I cannot get dashlets to appear on the home screen.

Rebuilt the cache and done everything I can think of.

From the Index, I click: 'Add Dashlet'
Menu Pops up as expected.
When i Click 'Add' Button, nothing happens.

Looking forward to see if anyone else has seen this issue.
