The problem with access to E-mail if there is a symbol of the Russian letter "I" in the upper register. The letter is simply not displayed. If the character is in lower case and with any other symbols all right. How is it possible?

As I see the problem is with Opportunity.... Did you do any customization with Accounts and Opportunities?
