Error 400: Bad request Level

Every time I want to save a modification in a Role created or without making a modification I get this error: Error 400: Bad request
Level `` is not allowed for action stream for Email. Do you know what it could be due to?

Please check our bug report rules.

Maybe need to select a value. If you enabled the Stream, it will be defaulted to empty which does not pass validation.
