Can't change company Logo

Hello. I set my company logo to a small png file many versions ago. It worked as expected, showing our logo in the corner of the page instead of the ESPO CRM logo. I recently tried to change the logo to a different image and it does not take effect. The Admin page shows the correct logo but the old logo still shows up in the corner of the page. I have re-built the backend, cleared the cache, and reloaded the page, but no luck. I can remove the logo and then it goes back to the ESPO logo, but when I add a new one again it just shows the old company logo instead of the new image I upload.

Upgrade to 3.9.2.
It's not a local cache issue

And there is a small bug with Company Name in the latest release:
/data/config.php has entry named "applicationName" but somewhere in JS script it appears as "applicationTitle" when setting HTML page title.
