All these new features sound interesting. However, without any available documentation, it is hard to understand what they are or how to use them. Apparently, no one knows how to use them except the developers. You develop a great and fantastic product and we appreciate your hard work and quality product but if we do not know how to use its various features, you are not getting the bang for all your efforts.

Video is the future. We already requested you to create video tutorials on the software to educate users. You could create video tutorials using a smart phone or tablet and upload to YouTube - all from the device without having to use a camera, PC, etc.

Video tutorials is the BEST way to make a product successful these days quickly. Please do not think about help/documentation files. Here is an example of how a product can become successful through tutorial videos - the developer created 33 tutorial videos without which the app would not have been as popular as it is now:

The problem is the lack of resources to write user documentation at this moment Maybe we will create github repository for docs.

Webcrm, can you write what exactly was not clear for you in EspoCRM?

I see next items that can be not easy to understand:
* Setup cron (there is an explanation during install process)
* Access control level
* Inbound Email / Email Accounts

We need video tutorials especially on the various sections of Admin panel and how to configure or customize each section from within the Panel or by writing code outside the panel. Video is quicker to create and watch. You just need a screen capture tool or use a smartphone/tablet.
