      Do you all have a process flow diagram for this software? I trying to evaluate a solution for my sales team.

          No. We don't have this yet.

          Now there are Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Prospects, Opportunities, Cases, Meetings, Calls, Tasks, Emails (Archived).
