Side Panel Details - Adding a Field option

Thanks for your response! Ok so Side Panel Fields will show where cause I added 2 fields and they now showing up on the side.... Maybe Im lost here LOL...

I tried to add one of the field from Account to be showed on the Side Panel. I only see Activies - History - Default - Tasks. Can I add...
