Developer Needed

I have designed a pretty in depth CRM for a specific market using ESPO. I would like some specialized fields changed/added and also need to automate the setting up of databases for those who will be using their own instance with my design. I don't want to have to manually set up each one. Who can help with one or both of these items? Thanks!
