Using so far EspoCRM on our own Ubuntu Server based PC with 4GB RAM is working fine as sole user.
This week we will start presenting it to other 3 persons, that will start using it in their own way.
Planning to transform this as a production server adding another disk for RAID 1 configuration and creating backups, I was wondering what can be the use cases that will require me to upgrade RAM to 8 or 12GB.
So far no extension or add-on is installed, the only customization was a few new fields and no calculation.
I didn't expect huge data import (maybe some thousand of records), maybe we will add some calculated field (i.e. vas reasoning about Opportunities total weighted value), didn't expect big mailing (maybe few hundered of emails if a newsletter campain will be created).
So just want to ask in your experience what will be the use case that will stress more the memory.
