page says loading after upgrade

Hi

I upgraded my crm from 4.5.0 to 5.1.2

I downloaded each upgrade file correctly and upgraded through the admin. After that i cleared and rebuild the cache and now what every i click nothing loads, it simply says loading.. None of the data is loaded even when i click the settings on the admin it says Loading.

Can you please let me know what the problem is and how to fix it?

On my console view, i see these errors
