Change callerid ?

Hey guys, Twilio offers different caller id's, if I need to make all outgoing calls to have the same caller ID (which is not connected to a VoIP router),
Twilio support says, "adjust API request, callerId="+TheDesiredNumber", my question is, in which file this can be adjusted?
