Adding more ways to sort cases with record list

Hello,

We've been using Espo for a while now and are very satisfied

ive been asked by my colleagues to try and add to dashlets a way for them to sort their cases depending on status, account etc etc

ive searched threw the forums and so far not found anything that is similar to our situation.

my coding skills are novice but i think i can make it if only i could have some assistance to how and where to begin.

also ive found several different threads on how to add options to "primary filters" and such tho not to case specifically.

any help would be appriciated

Hi Adeptuz,

As a workaround, I can suggest you use Reports with Runtime Filters.
This way your users will be able to filter the required records in the Dashlet options of the Report type.

Note that Reports is a feature included in the extension Advanced Pack: https://www.espocrm.com/extensions/advanced-pack/.

Just bought and installed Advanced pack.

tried it out in DEMO mode and it solved my issue with ease
