    Email to Case when a contact does not exist

    Hello,
    I have two installations with different EspoCRM versions (5.5.6 and 7.1.4) and noticed that the previous version, when EspoCRM imports a group email, it does create the Case but it does not create a contact automatically, so clicking on the "parent" link brings and error so the case isn't really created.
    If the sender's email is already into a contact, it does create the case.

    The newest version has a different behaviour where it does not create a contact either, but at least the case is created and it's clickable.

    My questions are:
    - is it possible to make EspoCRM to create the associated Contact to a case created via email ?
    - do you know if it's possible to fix the 5.5.6 issue that does not create the case on email when the sender's address is not mapped to a contact ?
