Workflow double my autoincrement number

Can you check my workflow, when activated it doubles my autoincrement field.

I had same issue. You have to review your workflow. Unfortunatelly i can't remember how i fix that

I have the only workflow and it has formula executed after triger Record saved. I cannot see some mistake in it.
