Replace address with latitude & longitude

1- How to replace address with latitude & longitude in real estate location.
2- how to insert description field in location

1. What actually do you mean under replace?
Basically you can open Administration -> Entity Manager -> Your-entity -> fields -> create the 2 new Varchar type fields for (latitude & longitude).
After this, open Administration -> Layout Manager -> Your-entity -> detail -> add those new fields to the layout.
2. What is "location" (field type, etc.)? Do you need it to be done automatically, or you have some trouble by inputting this data manually? Please describe it more explicitly so I could give you proper tips.

Thank you Maximus for replay. I mean the locations in the real estate extension, I can't add anything to it from the Entity Manager. I want to add field which the user can enter a description about the location

I don't think you can with the current extension. You can use a paid extension which does support that feature, see: Ebla Soft - https://www.eblasoft.com.tr -- (Forum member eymen-elkum)
which I believe can do Long and Latitude.

it includes the google lookup and auto pick up the data of the address,
