What is the recommended csv export setting for phpmyadmin?

When exporting sql tables to csv the phpmyadmin software offers two CSV formats "CSV" and "CSV for Excel". Of these two what is the better format for importing entities with espo's import feature ? Also what is the recommended maximum size of a csv file for import? I currently made a big one with 250k lines but i think it might hang at some point
