  • VoIP Intergration Extention

    I have a VoIP account with MightyCall where they provide SIP Login instructions currently used with my Softphone/SIP phone. Will I be able to continue using that service with the VoIP Extension? So, as an example, let's say I have 20 users and each user has a different UN/PW which they insert in the softphone... will the extension allow for such setups?

    Hello,

    voIP extension must be connected with a telephony provider (pbx/asterisk). MightyCall seemt not have a API and voIP extension is compatible with Twillio, Asterisk, Starface, .. then i don't understand where it can be utile for you.
    When VoIP extension is connected with compatible telephony provider, you can be notified, view record of contact/leads/.. when call income, you can click to call.. user just need to put his "extension number" in setting.

    For me is more easy you change telephony provider to a compatible with VoIP extension .. and then you have a big ehancement in espoCRM for Users.
