with this fantastic CRM all is possible .. just need some skill ( i have not all skill !)
here what i think :

and just add a button in views.. who call this "service".

Hello everyone. Is there a way to run a workflow or process from lets say a account record view. An example would be lets say I want to send a customer a welcome email. I would go to their account and press a button or something like that which would run the workflow/process. Anyone know of any solution that would work? I already own all the espocrm extensions and have them installed. (I also know I can automate this task but its just an example. Someone task I would need to review myself).
