Free CRM software

I just started a new job as a regional account manager. The company does not employ any CRM beyond basic data that is stored in SAP. The expectation is every sales rep manage their customer base their own way (most use an excel file). Are there any free CRM packages or iPhone apps that I can utilize to help manage my contacts and pipeline?uc browser shareit appvn

I'm using CRM for consultancy services control. After trying a lot of options, really using them, I found EspoCRM. It was much easier and faster then the others I tried.
The workflows and Customization (create new entity, etc.) options are the best ones. I'm really happy with my choice.

Unfortunately I lost a lot of time trying others before arriving here. At least, I'm really confident that I'm using the best option. (For my case)....

Yes, totally agree with you. No doubt EspoCRM is one of the best and free open source customer relationship management software.
