Upgrade Question

I have version 5.0.5. Can I just upgrade from 5.0.5 right to 5.3.6 or do I have to do all the upgrades from 5.0.5 to 5.1.2 etc with all 13 of the most recent versions?

And, I keep seeing posts about missing files in some of the upgrades. Is that anything to be concerned with now? Thanks!

I found my own answer. I see the bridge type zip files that contain more of the older versions etc.
