Wrong Password - even after Password Reset is done .

A User cant login into his account (his PW was stored in Chrome for months) so he had his Passwort beeing Reset using the Forgott Password Function. (Twice)
We changed the Users Password through the Administration->User Section as well with no success.
We cleared Browser History, tried a different Browser, even a different Computer , upgraded ESPO itself to 5.11, cleard the Cache on the Server , rebootet the Server
Still the User cant Login into his account. Any Ideas where to look for ?
Server is Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, php 7.0.28

Hello,
after Admin set the password and save profile, could he/she login to EspoCRM as this user (user's username and this new password) in browser incognito window?

problem solved ..I did connect the Espo to our Windows Directory Server and now its working for the user .
