On Accounts, way to move stream to bottom of listing?

On the Account page, is there a way to have the Stream information area moved to the bottom of the page?
OR
Is there a way to have a menu in the grey bar (section headers) for "Details", "Stream", "Contacts", to help jump around the page vs scrolling.

Using UI it is not possible for now...

You can set custom detail view for Account, set own bottomView.

read client/src/views/record/detail.js and client/src/views/record/detail-bottom.js

Ok, call me light weight programmer, at least in the json world.
I don't see a way to move the stream view to the bottom, it appears to be integrated in the top sections.

Please, the Stream is flooding the window. We should have an option to put it on the last "row".
