    Portal - Cannot get account role working

    I’ve configured a portal and the ACL works as expected when set to Contact (the user sees only the records linked to their contact) and when set to All (the user sees every record).

    However, when I change the ACL level to Account, the list is empty—even though the portal user’s Account field matches the Account on those records.

    What might I have missed?

    Administration > Entity Manager > Lead Management > Edit.

    There should be the Account Link parameter. Do you have the proper link selected there?

      Possibly not! The ACL Account Link combo has nothing it in that I can select. Any idea why?

        Is the Partner entity is the renamed Account entity? It takes quite a time and energy to try to figure out when too little information is provided.

            I don't know why the Account Link dropdown has no options for you. It's supposed to have the 'account' link.
