I’ve configured a portal and the ACL works as expected when set to Contact (the user sees only the records linked to their contact) and when set to All (the user sees every record).
However, when I change the ACL level to Account, the list is empty—even though the portal user’s Account field matches the Account on those records.
What might I have missed?
