When I want to share (make visible) a personal email with another user, I can go to the three dots next to "edit" when viewing the email. I then go to "View Users" in the menu. I am shown a list of users for the email record. I can click "Select" and then choose another user(s) to share the email.
If I then decide i didn't mean to share that email, I go to the three dots next to edit when viewing the email, then select "view users" in the menu. I then have to click "Full Form" to be shown the list of users with access to that email. If I then hit the checkbox next to the user I want to unlink, an Actions dropdown appears. I can choose "Unlink". It fails to unlink and instead shows an "Access Denied".
The only way I have found to unlink is by using an Admin account.
Should my user have some other permissions to be able to unlink when it originally linked? I can't seem to figure it out.
Side note: When doing the "unlink" as an Admin account, if you accidentally hit "Remove" instead of "Unlink" in the dropdown, you end up deleting the user from the system. Only way to get them back is to go in DB and flip the "deleted" column back to false. Seems like there should be a warning or something when trying to delete a user.
