Personal Email Inbox not receiving email

    I had a similar problem when configuring a mailbox from the user profile. I solved it by adding the mailbox from the admin profile and assigning it to the user.

      I've had enough!
      I've been trying various configuration tests. Unfortunately, messages aren't appearing. Only messages I send myself appear... not a single incoming message.
      Is there a log somewhere to see what this CRM is doing? What commands does it send to check for new mail?
      I think I need to change CRM... I'm really tired of this problem.

        You did not answer my question and request https://forum.espocrm.com/forum/gene...542#post120542, regarding your problem with IMAP.
        Additionally, you can enable Debug mode and analyze your error logs, maybe there will be some information there.
        You can also set up another email account as a test. And see if IMAP will work properly there.

        Judging by your screenshot, you didn't have any synchronization for Check Personal Email Accounts. And if there is no entry in the Log - it means that you either don't have Crontab configured at all, or you configured it incorrectly.
