Hi everyone! I just wanted to know if anyone out there was using a "Customer health" score implemented in Espo? If so, can I ask what service you use and how was the integration process?
Something that can assess the data per customer account, such as the number of cases and tasks that were listed and provide a score based on this clients needs.
