Monthly recurring billing

Hi Espo Community,

I have a requirement that I need some help with.
We sell products that are billed monthly. I would like to create an entity called "contracts." In this entity, I want to retrieve the products listed under "products." There should also be a relationship to "account."

The goal is to be able to generate a report once a month, which I then send to the billing service provider, who then issues the invoice. The report should then show the customer data, the products, and the price.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi Chris,

The recurring invoices (Subscriptions) feature is planned for Sales Pack. No ETA yet. Maybe in Q4 or earlier.

Hi Yuri, What is the latested developments on this feature? I need the same feature for my business as well. A work around I am planning on is just doing subscriptions directly inside stripe but I don't think the crm and stripe can communicate that so data would have to be manually entered. It would be nice to add the capability to create subscriptions using the stripe integration.

It's already finished, but not yet tested. Plus we want to ship more features for the next release, it will take some time. Up to 2 months I believe.
