Problem with Campaign Log with Letters.

Hi,
I sent letters (not emails) to customers and created a campaign for that (type: letter, not email). However, I don’t know how to make it show up in the customer view as a campaign log. For emails, it happens automatically when they are sent, but for letters I can’t find a button or way to do it.

Or you mean "Mail" type? Campaign log records are not created for this type.

Yes you are right. But i want Campaign log records for my letters. is there a quick fix or an other type that i could use?
