Major bugs are pretty rare.

I does work fine for me. Just tested. Maybe the user does not belong to the selected team.

You can try to run Rebuild Filters (the button on the Report Filters list view).

Thanks, the "customer filter" option does NOT appear in my trial that has the advanced pack with workflows included. This seems to be a major bug.
I also created a report and then a report filter for this and expected that it would appear in the list, but its not visible

Report Filters allows to create list view filters that will be accessible for other users.

There's no such filters on the regular list view. Though, some field types contains OR filters. For example, an enum field is one of values.

It's possible to create complex filters with nested groups with Reports.

we are evaluating espo cloud trial and like it a lot and consider to buy the cloud version.

Yet a core feature is missing:

- how can one make proper filters with like AND/OR logic?
