Good morning,
i need to do a lot of documentation soon, on behalf of customers. Imagine you have to update espoCRM for a client and you need to run quite a couple of tests, whether everything is working. So i am wondering, how to create a form like this:
1. Got current backup
2. Checked whether Backup is working
3. Check System requirements for new version
4. If there are changes, update system
5. reboot and check whether system is properly configured.
6. Update espoCRM
7. Check Accounts and Contacts, whether the Detail pages and list views are correct
8. Run reports Testreport 1, Testreport 2 and post here the results.
9. Create an Email and send it to an external address
10. Check for receipt of Email
11. Notify CRM Admin that update has been successful
12. If CRM Admin gives thumbs up, you are done, otherwise fix the issues and get back to 11.
This i want to have done with every systemupdate, so i would like to create a new entity, which documents such processes. Any chance to achieve it with espo and how?
I'd like to have it in crm instead of littering a server with tons of files, nobody ever is able to find information. If you have to have audits, you need to be able to show your documentation, and no auditor opens a hundred files. This has to be in a centralized system.
With a report i could also find out always, which system has to be updated and create according tasks.
So, any chance to do this?
