    Hi,

    Recently we created a campaign and found emails are not sent to some of the accounts. Coincidentally, all these missed accounts seem to have multiple emails set. Will the mass mailing skip accounts that have multiple emails?

    Hi,

    How those accounts were created? It could be that data is not properly stored. Email addresses are linked with a record but no one is marked as primary.

      yuri hi, Thank you for the quick response.

      The email has been set correctly. See screencap beow. I forgot to mention our instance is version 7.2.4. We are in the process of migrating to the latest and it will take time as we re-engineering the whole backend systems and processes.

        I have no ideas what it could be if the primary email address is fine.
