  • Itemlist in Opportunity not appear after create

    Hi,
    I have an issue with item list in Opportunity :
    1. I create Opportunity, add item list (Opportunity item) then save.
    2. After that: it gone from Opportunity, but I open Opportunity item : it's still exist there.
    Please see picture 1 & 2

    Please help to check what I should do now.
    My current version of espo: Version 5.7.5
    Advance pack: 1.33.5
    Sale pack: no

    I know it's very old version. But our current project do not need to upgrade.
    What should I do know.

    Item List works correctly only if Sales Pack extension is installed.

    And preferably upgrade your instance to 8.4.2. Current version of Sales Pack extension today is 2.5.3

      One more querry:
      How about advance pack?
      Do I need to upgrade accordingly ?
      Since If it is not required then I will not upgrade.
      Please advise.

        Now Sales Pack and Advanced Pack are different extensions that can work independently of each other.

      Sorry for distube you again.
      Because I'm old user using old version and not upgrade for long time.
      Could you help to clear my some queries since I'm a little bit worry before upgrade:

      1. I'm using espo Version 5.7.5​: is there any issue if I do upgrade from this version to current version 8.4.2
      2. I'm using advance pack 1.33.5: I do not want to upgrade advance pack. is there any issue ?
      3. I just want to buy sales pack to use item list.

      If possible: please help to write details step by step how to process.

        Since you have a very old version of EspoCRM, it is quite possible that you may encounter certain problems and difficulties during the upgrade.

        If you don't want to use the Advanced Pack extension, that's your right.

        - Before the upgrade procedure, it is advisable to remove the Advanced Pack extension.
        - The upgrade procedure is described in detail in our documentation. And we strongly recommend upgrading via CLI: https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...grade-from-cli.
        - After the upgrade, install the current version of the Sales Pack extension.​
