I am currently exploring a solution to integrate Viber and WhatsApp into EspoCRM. Specifically, I am looking for the ability to send and receive messages directly within EspoCRM. Additionally, I would like to have real-time chat functionality and the capability to integrate multiple Viber and WhatsApp accounts within EspoCRM.
Could you please guide me on how this can be achieved or suggest any available options for this integration? Also, is there any plan to launch an official extension that provides similar functionality?
