EspoCRM Portal Roles Conflict/Override

I am currently experience portal Roles Conflict/Override in EspoCRM version 8.0.6. I have 2 portal users with different scope levels a shown in the screenshots below. However, when I add both Users A and B in the portal, user A is able to view scope/permissions only available to user B.

How do I restrict user A from accessing the scope/permissions of user B in the same portal?

Any assistance on this issue will be highly appreciated.
