Image Field cropping from Avatar User feature

Feature Request: Extend the cropping/zooming feature from the User's Avatar to also be usable for Photo/Image type of field.
Reason: This is a very good feature and could can also be useful for other photo image in custom or even default entity such as contact. The feature and coding exist already, and it could be extend to Photo field as well.
Reproduce:
1. Go to Admin > Users > Create/Edit (User) > update Avatar
2. This will popup as the Avatar selection after you choose your image, you can Zoom in and Zoom out and you can also "Crop" selection. A beautiful feature I didn't exist till now.
3. Go to any image field you create, and try to do the same, you can't. It just Upload and Save
