How to request a feature. Read before posting

    Rules:
    • Check whether the same feature was already requested. If you find a topic for the same feature, post there rather than creating a new one.
    • Describe the requested feature and the problem it should solve clearly. Poorly written posts are likely to be removed.
    • If you are new to EspoCRM, don't hurry to post many feature requests. It's reasonable to learn the system first. It's likely that things you are requesting already exists or are implemented in a different manner.
    • Posts consisting mostly of AI-generated text are discouraged and likely will be removed. When a request contains some points that are clearly irrelevant (what LLMs often do), it undermines the credibility of the rest of it.
    • Focus on the problem rather than describing in detail how the feature should be implemented (again, LLM usage is discouraged).
    • Create separate topics for different features. Do not hijack existing threads.
    Additional rules:
    • Don't demand the feature to be added urgently.
    • No need to post reminders if your post was not answered.
    • No need to use exclamation marks in a topic title.
    • Avoid using manipulative wordings like "all other CRMs have this feature but you don't".
    • Posts that use overly emotional or inflammatory language are removed.
