The 3cx PBX service I use is best in class for very affordable business phone solution. I use for calls, texts and chats. There is a click to call chrome plugin already, but what I really would like to see is an EspoCRM integration that will open a customer record through caller id on inbound calls as well as sync all inbound/outbound sms messages, prompt for documenting an inbound/outbound call as well as next actions.
