Description adding in Report "results view".

There are an issue for people who get report results by e-mail that there are no description what is this report is about. They get only numbers and graphs if there are some.
My suggestion to add report "description" field to the report results, as a short description what they see at the moment.

Administration > Templates Manager > Report (there are 3 types). Description is added in default templates. This concerns only reports sent via email.
