task order change in can-ban view

It would be nice to have a possibility to change tasks order (up/down) in can-ban view. It's useful when we have a pool of tasks to do and need to prioritise the order for manager what must be done first and what the second one.
Now the tasks are in fixed position and can't be moved up or down in the same column.
